Illness Update
William is doing great and I didn't have to give him the antibiotic. He started feeling better on his own, but now Jonathan and I are battling the virus. It's a really bad cold that seems to just linger. I still have a little congestion, but I'm feeling a lot better. Jonathan on the other hand has a full blown sinus infection and feels horrible. He went to see a doctor this morning. He gave Jonathan three prescriptions and two over the counter medications. Hopefully we can all get well once and for all!!

Pitiful William Pictures
We came home from the pediatricians office this afternoon and William just walked in the den, picked up his Tylenol bottle and sat in his chair. He looked so cute and pitiful, I couldn't resist taking a picture. He was exhausted from the doctor's visit, they took blood and swabbed his nose so he cried pretty much the whole time we were there. He has a high fever, yucky nose, cough and just looks like he feels horrible. The doctor said he has a viral infection that is turning into a bacterial infection. If he's not feeling better by tomorrow, then I have a prescription for antibiotics to start him on. I knew things were getting bad when he wouldn't eat. Hopefully he will be on the up and up soon!

Happy Birthday Jonathan!
Today was Jonathan's 28th birthday! He celebrated by going back to work after some nice time off for the holidays. Happy Birthday Jonathan!
William Update: William is full out walking/running now. He is into carrying things all over the house. I find toys, books, clothes, etc. randomly laying around. He has also mastered his baby sign language, he can do the signs for "all done," "eat" and his favorite..."more." He is out of control with the "more" sign, he thinks every time he does it he should get more of what he wants and cries when he doesn't get it. I have been working on getting him to understand, no more. He is also into waving at cars, people, animals...I just can't get him to wave on command yet. He is babbling more, he has started saying du for duck, ba for ball and an occasional bye-bye. Sometimes he will have a whole conversation with you in babble. He has figured out that clapping is good and loves to dance. His dancing usually consists of a solid bounce move, a double hand pump, clapping and a full body twist...watch out ladies! He's a little bit of a hand full, but a lot of fun.

Ho, Ho, Ho and Happy Birthday Jesus!
We had four wonderful Christmas celebrations starting Christmas Eve day and continuing on through Christmas day. William received so many great toys and definitely had a blast. He has been one wild and crazy Christmas guy for two days now. We were amazed at how excited he got at opening presents, he really figured out what was going on. It was a lot fun! All the pictures of William in the green pajamas are from Christmas morning. His main gift from us was a Climb and Slide Castle that he loved.

Christmas Weekend
If you've read my previous posts, you will see that we had a very busy Christmas weekend. We topped it off last night with another "Walk Through Bethlehem" at the church we attend. I feel like we have been completely immersed in the Christmas spirit this weekend.
Updates: Our heater problem turned out to be low gas pressure that affected half our street, so I am happy to report the heater was working by the next morning. Jonathan and I both came down with William's stomach bug last week, but we are all better now. Jonathan's legs are getting better every day. He still has a lot of pain, bruising and swelling, but he's getting around pretty well.
